The Build pillar of the Filipino Institute is for those who want to grow beyond academics—to develop character, faith, emotional wellness, leadership, and service. Whether you’re a young fellow, a working parent, or someone healing from failure—this is where we prepare you for life that lasts.
1. Fellow - “From learner to leader.”
Audience: Ages 15–35 (youth & young adults)
Fellowships are intensive programs designed for those who want to be more than excellent—they want to be authentic. Students journey through guided formation tracks in leadership, public service, purpose discovery, and legacy-building. Includes both youth and adult tracks, with community-based cohorts and coaching.

2. Faith - “Formation begins at home.”
Audience: All ages, especially families and couples
Faith formation isn’t just about religion—it’s about building values that last. This program nurtures families, parents, couples, and children to live with clarity, integrity, and connection.
Includes:
• Family formation courses
• Couples formation events
• Parenting workshops
• Spiritual journaling and prayer modules
3. Health - “Heal first. Lead better.”
Audience: Ages 18+
Our Health formation track focuses on the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of every leader. From fasting and weight loss to mental health, burnout recovery, and grief processing—this space offers healing and hope.
Includes:
• Fasting for Clarity (inspired by Fasted & Forged)
• Mental Health Modules
• Emotional Reset Programs
• Rest and Recovery Tools
4. Serve - “Servant-first, not status-first.”
Audience: Students, graduates, alumni, volunteers
Service is the fruit of formation. In Serve, students are guided into volunteerism, missions, and service-led leadership roles. Whether as campus coordinators, community mentors, or program facilitators, this is where transformation becomes impact.

5. Rise - “Reflections that reshape the soul.”
Audience: Returning learners, recovering leaders, spiritual seekers
Rise is a space for those who have failed, fallen, or are in transition—and want to lead with depth, not ego. These guided reflection tools and programs offer a safe way to rebuild identity, character, and purpose.
