- Session Six: Gaining ConfidenceAs discussed in Session Two, self-esteem and self-confidence are two different concepts. Now we will turn out attention to working on self-confidence. During this session, we will look at techniques to improve self-confidence.1
- Session Seven: The Power of ThoughtThe way we think about ourselves is at the root of self-esteem and self-confidence. In this session you will explore how thoughts can impact a person’s self-esteem, and learn how to turn around negative thoughts. Several exercises and a case study will be used to reinforce this learning.5
- Session Eight: Dealing with SetbacksFailures are an inevitable part of life. Learning how to be resilient when mistakes happen is an important life skill to have. In this session you will learn how to handle setbacks in a way that does not damage your self-esteem.1
