Doha, Qatar – March 30, 2025.
The spirit of Rizal lives on in the Middle East.
The Knights of Rizal (KOR)—an esteemed civic and patriotic organization founded in honor of Dr. José Rizal—held its monthly stated meeting for the QPC and QC Chapters on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at the Filipino Institute Qatar – New Salata Campus.
With a strong agenda and a shared mission of servant leadership, KOR officers and members gathered to plan meaningful activities, review community impact projects, and strengthen the bonds of Filipino brotherhood abroad.

🏛️ A Legacy That Lives Beyond Borders
The Knights of Rizal is the only Order of Knighthood in the Philippines chartered under Republic Act 646. Founded in 1911 and formalized as a civic organization in 1951, KOR exists to honor and uphold the ideals of Dr. José Rizal, the Philippines’ national hero. The organization promotes the values of integrity, nationalism, service, and education—and continues to grow chapters worldwide wherever Filipinos are present.
The Qatar-based chapters—QPC (Qatar Pearl Chapter) and QC (Qatar Central Chapter)—are actively bringing Rizalian values into real-world impact through community development, youth empowerment, and cultural preservation.
